Woodland Scenics Foam Tack Glue is specifically designed to glue foam but can be used with cork and wood for terrain enthusiasts. 

Application

Spread glue evenly over entire surface and press material in place (max. working time, 15 minutes). On nonporous surfaces, adhesion may be improved by sanding before gluing. Apply glue evenly over both contact surfaces. Let dry until clear, then press surfaces together (max. working time, 1 hour). Glue bonds instantly.
