The Problem with Smoke Templates in Infinity the Game - And a Solution!

If you play Infinity the Game by Corvus Belli, you might have come across this annoying situation during your games:

You throw or place a smoke template down, to allow your elite operatives to move up and safely hack an objective, or avoid risking your losing your whole link team to a hidden deployment Noctifer with a missile launcher.

So you get your trusty acrylic blast template out to place the smoke...

BUT - Because you're advancing down a laneway and there's some tabletop terrain right next to where you want the smoke, you can't leave the smoke there for the whole turn, as it's simply too big! So instead you use another token to mark the position of the centre of the smoke. Good solution? sure, sometimes!

There's just one more problem. This is your third game at an ITS tournament. You are tired. You only have half a brain now. Your opponent is feeling the same. You've just made so many decisions already and you're mentally spent*

After you have moved some troops up on the left flank, you come back to spend your last orders on the link team, to take up some good ARO positions for the opponents turn. When move your link team back to cover, the opponent, who was giving their noob mate some help with understanding a rule has forgotten that you have already deployed smoke, and so their ARO is to reveal their noctifer. Now two thirds of your link have violently exploded. GG.
Only after the tournament do you remember that there was smoke on the table, and you would have won!

Never risk this happening with one of our new ultra thin Infinity smoke/blast templates. Now you don't need to rely on smaller tokens for smoke! Simply slide it under some terrain and leave it down. It's so thin that it will easily slide under your MDF building (Or any other type of terrain!)

This lightweight template also has arrows corresponding to the D20 - so you can use the template for Airborne Deployment (AD) Drop troops. May you always get a crit!

*Some research seems to indicate that decision making is a finite resource, and when you are tired, it's easier to make mistakes or poor decisions  - whether or not you believe this, I know that many of my gaming friends and myself will be pretty tired after a few games of Infinity!
