The 305 Sunshine Alley wargaming terrain kit is a modern office building with an underground club entrance. With various nooks, an internal elevator car and three levels, your miniatures have plenty of hiding places. If your cyberpunk, modern or sci-fi table is looking a little...suburban, this tall building will really make your table feel properly urban!
Easy Access = Wargaming Terrain with Playable Interiors
The rear wall is entirely removable exposing the internal lift and the three levels of the building! No fiddly stacking with this gameplay friendly design.
The awning shutters can be positioned in the open or closed position for ease of gameplay and transport. The internal lift car can be moved between levels and fit a 32mm base, or two 25mm bases.
