Cabbage Palms was the first and most famous example of this prefab apartment tower design. Initially the tower was a desired place to live, new, clean and safe. But neglect and a reduced maintenance budget has stripped the tower of its charm.

This kit contains one extra floor for the Cabbage Palms building. Perfect to make the smaller cousin of Peach Trees.

While basic, this is excellent for those short firefights in a cyberpunk game, and can be used in such a cool scene. Love these terrains!
