By purchasing and downloading you agree to the EULA

1. Licence
Under the terms of this agreement, Brutal Cities admits to you, as a single-user, a limited,
non-transferable, non-assignable, non-exclusive, and non-sublicensable licence during the term to permit you to:

1. Install, use, execute, and display the software, in executable object code format only, solely for your personal use; and/or to

2. Print physical copies of the design on any 3D printer that you own or control for
personal and non-commercial use*.

3. *Non-commercial use shall include games stores, event organisers, and tabletop
gaming clubs printing the terrain for their players and customers use, but NOT
include printing for use as prize support or sales unless explicitly approved in writing
from Brutal Cities.
The term shall take effect from the date of purchase indefinitely until or unless the licence is revoked or terminated by either party (either Brutal Cities or the licensee).

There is no warranty that the functions contained in the design will meet your requirements or that the operation of the software or your 3D printing of the file will be uninterrupted or error-free. You assume all responsibility and risk for the selection of the software to achieve your intended results and for the installation, use, and results obtained from it.
