United States -2025 Tariffs
Brutal Cities products are Australian-manufactured goods
- Australian-manufactured goods are subject to a tariff of 10% on import into the United States via Postal services.
- Brutal Cities will charge you for this tariff + fees upfront and pay the US customs - so it's easy for you and you don't get any surprises. :)
- Please make sure to check your emails and collect your post though! If it's returned to Australia because you forget to collect it from the post office I will need to charge you shipping again and tariffs, if required.

BREXIT / UK Shipping
For orders over £135 the recipient (ie. you) will be responsible for paying for VAT and duty, as was the case before Brexit. More information at the providers website here - Royal Mail
European Union
Brutal Cities is IOSS registered. This means that we will collect and pay VAT on goods under 150 EUR - this excludes postage costs.
EU based customers will still need to pay EU customs VAT for all orders over 150 EUR - we are not responsible for this.
Either way, you pay VAT. Simply put:
- For orders with goods up to 150 EUR, we collect VAT, and the postage is shipped with IOSS. It goes quicker through customs.
Pros: quick and easy.
Cons: you miss out on most of our discounted bundles.
- For orders with goods over 150 EUR, the VAT (usually around 19%) is paid to customs and is based on the price of goods, plus the postage cost. And you will also likely pay a customs clearance fee around €6 - €30, depending on order size.
Pros: You can get whatever terrain you desire. Cons: Takes a bit longer to clear customs, subject to customs fees + VAT on entire order
Please check your tracking notifications and look out for messages from your post office/customs and check your junk mail. In the event you do not pay customs, the item/s will be returned to Australia - We are happy to send it back, but we will need to charge the delivery cost again - we simply cannot afford to pay for international shipping twice.
GPSR UPDATE - We are compliant with GPSR.
