Shipping policy

Timeframe

Kits are made in batches - as Brutal Cities is a small operation and due to increasing business, in order to get terrain out to everyone quicker, orders will be shipped once a week on a Thursday or Friday. Thanks for your understanding and support!

Covid-19 Delays

We recommend that overseas customers select express shipping at checkout, unless they can wait a couple of months: It seems that some customers in the US or UK for example receive their packages within a month, but others take as much as three months. https://auspost.com.au/service-updates/international-delivery-times

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE READ:

Please check your phone, email and mailbox for information about your orders - check with your local post office if your shipment is late - you may need to pay customs for delivery.

BREXIT / UK Shipping

For all orders up to £135 Brutal Cities will collect 20% VAT for the UK Government - this means your order should go through customs with less fuss for you - while being quicker!
For orders over £135 the recipient (ie. you) will be responsible for paying for VAT and duty, as was the case before Brexit. More information at the providers website here - Royal Mail Remember we have free shipping on all orders over $400 AUD

Remember we have free shipping on all orders over $400 AUD

European Union

Brutal Cities is IOSS registered. This means that we will collect and pay VAT on order under 150 EUR.

EU based customers will still need to pay EU customs VAT for all orders over 150 EUR - we are not responsible for this. Please check your tracking notifications and look out for messages from your post office/customs and check your junk mail. In the event you do not pay customs, the item/s will be returned to Australia - We are happy to send it back, but we will need to charge the delivery cost again - we simply cannot afford to pay for international shipping twice (Especially if you have free shipping)

Remember we have free shipping on all orders over $400 AUD
