The 305 Sunshine Alley terrain kit is a modern office building with an underground club entrance. With various nooks, an internal elevator car and three levels, your miniatures have plenty of hiding places!
The awning shutters can be positioned in the open or closed position for ease of gameplay and transport. The internal lift car can be moved between levels and fit a 32mm base, or two 25mm bases.
